A Saint Nicholas gift for your employees' children

Each child gets a video call with Saint Nicholas, at a time their parents choose. You get a single invoice.

How it works

  • You tell us how many children. Nothing else about them: no name, no age, no address.
  • You receive one link per child, to pass on to your colleagues however you like.
  • Each parent prepares the call in a few minutes and calls whenever it suits them, until 6 December.
  • Each link is for one call. If the line drops, the parent can call again with the same link within half an hour.

What the child experiences

Saint Nicholas calls the child by name and talks about what they love and what they are proud of, thanks to the few words their parents wrote down. If the parents hid a little surprise, he invites the child to go and find it at the end. The call lasts a few minutes, with a parent nearby.

In Belgium: the 40 euro rule per child

According to the NSSO (ONSS/RSZ), gifts given for Saint Nicholas are exempt from social security contributions up to 40 euros per worker per year, an amount that can be increased by 40 euros per dependent child. A call stays well below that amount, but it counts together with the year's other gifts.

The exact conditions depend on your situation: check them with your social secretariat or accountant before ordering. Other countries have their own rules: your accountant will know them.

Our commitments

  • The company is never asked for any data about the child.
  • The call is not recorded, and the family's camera is never switched on.
  • Saint Nicholas never promises a present and never sells anything.
